Both my therapist and her clinic were very warm, professional and efficient. I was able to speak my mind without the fear of being judged and I've been provided with useful insights on why I act and feel in certain ways. I have lost a lot weight due to some digestive issues a few years ago. As I have been trying to put on weight on my own but without much success. Thus, I decided to seek professional help and got to know Adelyn, Senior Dietician from PULSE TCM at Income in July 23. My first consultation took about 2hrs. She asked many questions and recorded them in a questionnaire. A few days later, she will email a Personalised Meal plans based on the information she collected. I will follow through as much as possible. Then, see her a month time to review. During review, my weight will be taken and we will discuss what are the areas that need improvement and adjust accordingly. I have been gaining weight slowly but surely over the past few months.Even my digestive system becomes stronger. I am grateful to Adelyn for her guidance and support in my weight gain journey. It is still a work in progress but I am just a few kg towards my targeted weight.
