What is anxiety?
It involves a feeling of unease accompanied by worrying or fearful thoughts about a certain future event or outcome. Anxiety is a normal feeling that we all experience sometimes, such as before an important presentation, during a job interview or going on a date with someone for the first time.
When is anxiety a problem?
However, when one experiences anxiety at a heightened level of frequency and severity to the point that it interferes with daily life; it could be a more serious problem. The following are common anxiety disorders:

- Social anxiety disorder.
